Gogoprint is the largest online printer in Southeast Asia, founded in 2015. Gogoprint is currently serving the Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia markets. Gogoprint was set up because of how difficult, slow and expensive it used to be for SMEs in the region to get their products printed and delivered in Southeast Asia. Small businesses, in particular, faced many hurdles: a manual and complicated ordering process, a lack of transparency in terms of prices and lead times, and wildly divergent quality levels on the market. Ordering print products online was unheard of. We saw an opportunity to make the market more efficient by raising the degree of transparency, convenience, and consistency for the customers.
