HDB will be launching a total of 4 new BTO projects in May 2021 with a total of 3870 units up for ballot. While the number of projects is 3 less than that launched in February this year, this is 130 units more than the 3740 units launched in February. As of today (11 April 2021), we still do not have much details.

From our initial analysis, we strongly believe that Geylang and Bukit Merah would be the highly contested projects, especially Geylang, due to it ultra convenient location, with MacPherson MRT station directly beside it, and many amenities such as Circuit Road Market & Food Center and Sheng Siong Supermarket within 100m away.
